Dear Patty:
I would like to thank you for the successful delivery of a number of important projects. You have my permission to use this letter widely as referral or letter of reference without seeking further authorization.
My business relationship with Patty started in 2006 while I was searching for commercial real estate in Townsend, TN. While I am a native of East Tennessee, I am currently located in Northern California. Using the internet to shop properties, I had contacted several agents inquiring about a specific property without a response. Impatiently, I contacted the seller's agent, Patty Petrow, using the phone number provided on her listing. She answered the first call professionally, and promised to call back. I had become cynical in believing that I would receive a call back, and Patty proved me wrong. From the very first call and for each and every commitment, Patty delivered exceptional results.
Patty has consistently demonstrated a dedication to her work which includes an unparalleled commitment to her client and acting in all cases with unwavering integrity. She successfully closed the deal for us and her owner-client for the commercial property, and turned her attention to finding property for my personal home. Understanding the rest of my business objectives, she continues on the lookout for the remaining property I need. Additionally, Patty introduced me to an honest, hard-working banker, an honest contractor, and a talented attorney in the area. She, at her own initiative, researched rules, regulations, contact names, and business codes as they applied to my business. Patty's unwavering focus on excellence and integrity has firmly placed her as my agent of choice for all matters.
In a final vote of full support, I begged her to move to Northern California, temporarily, to sell my home here. I'm glad she declined as I would much prefer keeping her in Tennessee as part of my golden team.
Sincerely,
Lisa W Lindsley

Just a note to let you know how lucky we feel to have found Patty Petrow on the Internet. Having an advocate like her in Blount County made the purchase of our new house possible.
It was getting time to come back to Tennessee, and we wanted to get started looking for a house. We knew we wanted someone from your office, and she was the one that answered my inquiry.
Soon we started exchanging e-mails with Patty (what we were looking for, price range, areas to live, etc.), and every day we got listings with pictures giving us an idea of what was available. I cannot tell you how many houses we looked at, but we know it was a lot of work on her part to help us.
She spent numerous hours with Pat filtering out possibilities, and then she had visits to places carefully organized to maximize the use of our few days at home last May.
When we first found a house that fit our wants, Patty was working with the builder on getting an agreement on changes, when the house was removed from the market. Rather than give up, Patty resumed the search for our perfect house with even more vigor. The e-mails, pictures, and listing sheets kept coming, and they were much closer to our wants. When we were able to again get back to Tennessee in September, Patty had arranged to show us the houses we had selected, and even some of those with which we had some concerns because she thought they would be good fits. And it was indeed one of these initial rejects that best fit our wants.
With only two days left in our visit, Patty set up a meeting with the seller and the builder and worked with us to develop an offer that would fit within our financial capabilities. She worked with us and our lender to get pre-approval on a mortgage. Even though it was a weekend, she arranged us for to get a power of attorney signed so that we could finalize the contract. After Patty got a contract for us, she arranged for the home inspection, conducted a very thorough walk-through, and worked with the builder to get all of the necessary corrections made.
The fantastic finish here is that we closed on the house on our anniversary. Patty sent us the best anniversary present we could have imagined. But Patty did not stop with the anniversary card. She arranged to have the utilities turned on, to have the lawn mowed and watered when needed, and continues to help us with arrangements as we prepare to return to Tennessee .
And she did all this for us while we were living nine time zones away – in Samara, Russia. When we tell people how helpful she was, they cannot believe that we were able to do all of this without numerous trips back to the US. They say that if they are transferred to the Knoxville area, they know one person to call upon when they are ready to buy a home. We cannot give her enough thanks for all she did for us.

Mr. Wallace:
I am writing on behalf of Patty Petrow, one of your agents. It is with great pleasure that I vouch for her character as well as her realtor abilities. Ms. Petrow’s commitment to her clients is without question as my wife and I experienced first hand. Her willingness to listen and to be available for us as we embark on this new adventure in our lives made us feel that we were indeed in good hands with Coldwell.
Ms. Petrow demonstrated herself professionally in both demeanor and attire. She worked well with us and others, namely Don to accomplish our relocation goals. Don is just another example of consistent and continued dedication toward our search for a new home. This gentleman treated us as though we were his own clients when Patty was unable to meet with us on our last day in Maryville. His professionalism and knowledge base served as a wealth of information for two lost individuals like we were. He made us feel very much at ease, answering the barrage of questions that were launched his way. Don worked beyond his office hours on New Year’s Day without wavering or making us feel hurried along. Both Patty’s and Don’s quest for solutions was evident in their approach to obtaining additional information regarding real estate in both Maryville and surrounding areas that would help us. Their unselfish commitment and relentless efforts on our behalf and your agency is indeed impressive and apparent.
Ms. Petrow is indeed a leader and a team player. Her rapport with office personnel as well as other qualities of her character can undoubtedly be attributed to the fact that this profession is indeed a vocation and not just a job to her.
Although my wife and I realized that Maryville was not an area that could work for us, our experience with Coldwell has indeed left an indelible impression on us. It must be most reassuring to know that such valued agents are on your staff. Their commitment to your agency and the manner in which they represented your agency serve as your most important credentials.
Sincerely,
Glen Allen Walden
